A complete, low cost vibration monitoring system

USE :  

You are Tempering Equipment user, with medium or big size of moto ventilators, fans, for tempering and cooling section airflow supply, so you are interested in this device. 
This is a complete, low cost vibration monitoring system, an ideal guard for individual fans with vibration problems, in dead a system for preventive maintenance. 
Measurement: vibration severity in mm/s according to ISO 2954 

Functions:

It has two adjustable trigger levels, 

 ALERT has a continuous range of 2-20 mm/s, it can be set to trigger an alarm when general wear and minor defects have increased machine vibration to a level where maintenance is needed 
 

  ALARM is safeguard against dangerous vibration caused by damage or sudden out of balance. At a selected level 1-3 times the preset ALERT value it will trigger an external warning and / or automatic machine stop. 

Input : from the vibration captor / transducer mounted on the bearing housing, 4 - 20 mA current loop Output:  2 relays contacts, separated, voltage free, 220V / 100 VA 

Power supply :  220 VAC 

SCOPE OF SUPPLY: 1 device encased in a dust & house tight box 1 captor / transducer, with setting bolt 1 three meters long low-noise coaxial cable captor
