Instrument:

* It is used to measure the surface stress of thermally 

  toughened glass, heat strengthened glass and annealed

  glass.

* PC based software provides accurate result quickly.  

* With PDA display option 

Measurement principle: DSR ( differential Stress Refractometry )

Measure :* surface stress

                * tin bath glass side only

                   ( UV light belongs to our supply )

                * flat glass

                * bent glass with a minimum radius of 200 mm

                * measurement can be done in all positions

                * no limitations regarding glass thickness     

                * easy operation and fast measurement with

                   PDA display or PC notebook    

                * result record and report with PC software 

Range of stress:  minimum surface stress 0,

                            max: 180 MPa ( 26,000 PSI )

Code and standard:  ASTM C 1048, EN 12150-2, EN 1863-2     

     (The meter is calibrated according to ASTM C1279-13.)
