1. 3~30mm 두께까지의 유리를 각면가공할 수 있으며 유리크기는 최소 30 X 30mm입니다.
2. 유리두께는 PLC로 작동하기 때문에 정밀도가 뛰어나고 조작하기가 매우 쉽습니다.
3. 몸체 구성은 주물로 되어있기 때문에 변형을 극소화하고 기계진동과 정밀도를 크게 향상시킴.
4. 모터는 특수하게 코일과 스핀들을 연마 열처리하여 분리, 조립되므로써 베아링 수명이 향상되고 진동이 없습니다.
5. 컨베어는 특수한 구름 베어링으로 되어있어 강제 마찰식보다 부하가 적고 수명이 반영구적이다.
6. 컨베어 가이드 마모를 방지하기 위해 자동 중앙식 급유장치가 장착되어 있습니다.
7. 포리싱(광) 휠은 PLC로 방식으로 센서가 자동으로 유리를 감지하면 휠이 자동작동되므로 수동조절이 필요 없고 작업이 용이합니다.
8. 애리스(이도면) 휠은 유리두께의 차이에 따라 자동으로 조절됩니다.
